Bank Asia PLC and Building Technology & Ideas (BTI) Limited recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide home loan facilities to prospective apartment buyers of BTI projects, alongside joint marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
The agreement was signed by Bank Asia Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking Syed Zulkar Nayen, and BTI Executive Director-Marketing Mashrur Hasan Mim at a programme held at Bank Asia Tower in Dhaka’s Karwan Bazar on 28 July, said a press release on Sunday.
The partnership aims to simplify access to home financing and help fulfil the aspirations of individuals and families seeking quality housing. It will also feature promotional campaigns to enhance customer awareness and service delivery, the press release said.
The collaboration is expected to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions while contributing to the growth of Bangladesh’s housing and financial services sectors.
