Banglalink, a leading digital service provider in Bangladesh, has been honored with the prestigious Global Top Employer 2025 certification by the Top Employers Institute, making it the country’s first telecom operator to receive this global recognition, according to a Banglalink press release.

This accolade underscores Banglalink’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace of excellence, with a focus on world-class human resources practices, talent development, and a people-centric culture.

It further solidifies the company’s position as a forward-thinking digital employer, in line with its Employer Value Proposition (EVP) — “Lead The Future.”

This EVP highlights not only Banglalink’s long-term ambitions but also its ongoing focus on cultivating a supportive, inclusive, and growth-driven work environment.

The Top Employers Institute, an authority in HR excellence, awards the certification based on a rigorous evaluation of HR practices across six domains, covering 20 critical areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and overall employee wellbeing.

In 2025, more than 2,400 organizations from 125 countries earned the certification, impacting the lives of over 13 million employees globally.

Banglalink Chief Executive Officer Johan Buse expressed pride in the achievement, saying, “Achieving the Top Employer status as the first telecom company in Bangladesh is a major milestone, reflecting our commitment to creating a people-first, digitally advanced organization.”
