Ariana Grande has given fans a rare glimpse of her natural hair texture, showcasing her brunette curls in a recent Instagram video.
‘The Wicked’ star appeared wearing a puffy headband and a sheet mask as she rummaged through her handbag, revealing the surprising number of lip products she carries daily.
“I think it’s actually crucial that you see,” she joked in the March 4 clip, before pulling out an impressive collection from her own R.E.M. Beauty line, including multiple glossy bombs, plumping glosses, lip stains and lip-and-blush sticks.
Ariana counted 17 lip products in total, admitting that was only “half” of the bag’s contents, which also included upcoming testers. “This is not a bit… this is for real,” she told viewers.
While the singer did not disclose her haircare essentials, she has previously spoken about the damage caused to her hair during her time on ‘Victorious’, when she bleached and dyed it red regularly to play Cat Valentine. In a 2014 Facebook post, she said the process “completely destroyed” her hair.
Although she later wore a wig for Sam & Cat, the bleaching left her hair brittle, prompting her now-signature high ponytail. During a 2020 appearance on ‘The Zach Sang Show’, Ariana described her natural hair as a “huge curly poof” that few people see, calling her curls “who I am privately”.
