Executive Director of Shahjalal International Airport, Group Captain SM Ragib Samad, said that an air ambulance will arrive in Dhaka on 9 December and will depart with former prime minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on 10 December.
All necessary security and operational protocol have been undertaken in order to ensure the newly-designated “VVIP” Khaleda Zia’s safety, from when the air ambulance arrives to when it departs with the former prime minister.
As soon as the necessary route and landing time are confirmed, relevant units will of her security detail will be activated.
