The second day of the AI4BT Global Summit featured discussions on enterprise readiness, coaching and the future of enterprise resource planning (ERP), with technology and business leaders from Bangladesh and abroad sharing insights on artificial intelligence (AI)-driven transformation.
The discussions, held on Saturday night, focused on how enterprises can prepare for advanced AI adoption, the evolving role of coaches and the future of ERP systems, organisers said in a press release.
Sadik M Alam, business AI transformation architect, founder and chief operating officer (COO) of Metamorphosis, and Niaz Shahriar Shishir, head of technology at Metamorphosis and Odoo solution architect, presented technology keynote sessions on the second day of the three-day summit.
They discussed autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows and the transformation of rigid ERP systems into active and adaptive enterprise execution engines.
MM Mahbub Hasan, senior vice-president and head of financial inclusion at Prime Bank PLC, shared insights on financial management through an industry keynote session. He discussed how AI can be used in personal and institutional financial management.
In the security keynote session, Faisal Hossain, executive vice-president and chief technology officer of Bangladesh Finance and adjunct faculty member at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Dhaka, discussed data governance and cybersecurity.
His session covered building trust, security and accountability in AI-native enterprises, frameworks for sovereign data compliance, cyber resilience and responsible AI use.
The second day also featured a roundtable discussion where participants shared views on the role of coaches, reducing fears around automation and building learning-oriented organisations.
Participants included Joya Berlin, founder and director of Bijoy Wellness Institute; business coach and leadership trainer Kamrul Hasan; Master Certified Coach and ICF member Shabnam Mostari; ABM Yousuf Ali Khan, executive director (HR) of Aman Group; transformation coach PCC Afia Parveen; and enterprise agile coach and consultant Mamun Morshed.
Later, SAP expert Debraj Bhattacharya discussed how AI is redefining the systems, applications and products (SAP) ecosystem based on his experience in SAP transformation.
Raisul Kabir, co-founder and chief executive officer of Brain Station 23, conducted a live workshop on agentic ERP use cases, highlighting practical applications of the technology.
The second day concluded with a summary of the sessions and the announcement of certificate distribution by Sadik M Alam and Mahmudul Hasan, AI transformation coach and co-founder of AI4BT Global.
