Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 434th Board Meeting on 29 September 2026 at the bank’s boardroom at its head office in Dhaka, where Chairman Ferozur Rahman chaired the session.
The meeting was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, directors Ashok Kumar Saha, S A MD Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and independent director Golam Hafiz Ahmed, the bank said in a press release.
Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, attended the meeting. Managing Director Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director Md Jabedul Alam and Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman FCS were also present.
