Mercantile Bank inaugurates Malkhanagar Branch at Shirajdikhan

Mercantile Bank has officially inaugurated its new Malkhanagar Branch in Shirajdikhan, Munshiganj, on July 21, aiming to provide cutting-edge, tech-savvy banking services to the local community.

MA Khan Belal, chairman of the Executive Committee of Mercantile Bank, was present at the event as chief guest, says a press release.

Mati Ul Hasan, managing director of Mercantile Bank, delivered welcome address while Monjurul Alam, headmaster of Malkhanagar High School; Shafiqul Islam Nannu Bhuiyan, landowner of the branch premises; and local business leaders such as Yasin Shumon and Taslim Uddin Shiekh also speak at the event.

Mercantile Bank Vice President and Head of Branches Division Mohammad Hossain, along with Md Mahmudul Hasan, Head of the Malkhanagar Branch, were also present at the event.

The new branch is located at Bhuiyan Complex, Taltola Bazar, Malkhanagar, Shirajdikhan, Munshiganj, and marks the 153rd branch of the bank.

Mercantile Bank has emphasised its commitment to improving financial inclusion and facilitating access to banking services for rural entrepreneurs and residents in the coastal belt of Bangladesh.
