Mercantile Bank Training Institute launched its month-long Foundation Training program for the 14th batch of Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) on July 13, 2025. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mati Ul Hasan, Managing Director of Mercantile Bank, who emphasized the importance of banking ethics and customer service in his address to the participants.
A total of 24 officers enrolled in the training program, which aims to equip them with essential skills for their roles in the bank. In his speech, Mati Ul Hasan urged the officers to adhere to banking guidelines and actively engage in providing exemplary customer service.
The senior management team of the bank was present at the event, with Javed Tariq, Principal of the training institute, moderating the inaugural session. This training program is set to play a crucial role in shaping the future leaders of Mercantile Bank.
