Eastern Housing Limited will hold a board meeting on 5 October to review the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, the company said in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
The meeting of the board of directors is scheduled to begin at 3:30pm, in line with Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.
The company will consider the audited financial statements at the meeting and publish the results after approval by the board.
Eastern Housing, a listed real estate company, paid shareholders a 25 per cent dividend for the previous year.
