Miftah Zaman is set to return to the stage today with his solo concert Othopor Odhora at the National Art Gallery Auditorium of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA).
Britto Communications is organising and managing the concert under its overall coordination. The evening will bring together Miftah’s popular originals and his renditions of timeless Bengali classics.
The singer-songwriter will perform several of his well-known songs, including Chiro Odhora, Tai Tomar Kheyal, Praptishunno and Bhranti.
He will also revisit Bengali classics such as Hoyto Tomari Jonno, Ki Name Deke and Ami Cheye Cheye Dekhi Saradin.
The concert will take audiences through different phases of Miftah’s nearly two-decade musical journey. Over the years, he has developed a distinctive style by blending contemporary and classical elements.
His recent album Ek Pashla Brishti also reflects his continued engagement with melody and songwriting.
The venue will feature various stalls for attendees alongside the musical programme.
Tickets are priced at Tk 1,200 for VIP and Tk 900 for the regular category.
