Three people, including a man and his wife, were found dead at a residence in Sylhet city on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred around 9am at a house in Raynagar Mitali Residential Area. Police are yet to confirm the victims’ identities.
Sylhet Metropolitan Police Additional Deputy Commissioner (Media) Md Monjurul Alam confirmed the killings.
He said police received information and a team visited the scene, adding that further details would be disclosed later.
Locals said Haji Abdus Sattar Mia and his wife lived at the house.
