Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in St Petersburg ahead of scheduled talks with Russian President Putin, according to the official IRNA news agency.
Araghchi travelled on a flight bearing the callsign Minab 168, a reference to the children killed in a US-Israeli strike on an elementary school in the city of Minab on 28 February, reports Al Jazeera.
