Citizens Bank PLC signed an agreement with Reddot Digital Limited, a sister concern of Robi Axiata Limited, to implement a modern human resource system, the companies said.
The deal was signed at the corporate head office of Reddot Digital Ltd in Tejgaon, Dhaka, in the presence of Citizens Bank Managing Director Alamgir Hossain and Axentec PLC Managing Director and CEO Md Adil Hossain Noble.
On behalf of their organisations, Citizens Bank Deputy Managing Director Md Abdul Latif and Reddot Digital Managing Director and CEO Hasib Mustabsir signed the agreement.
Also present were Citizens Bank Deputy Managing Director Md Mostafizur Rahman and Axentec PLC General Manager for ICT and Software Solutions Business Chowdhury Mohibul Hasan, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
Under the agreement, Reddot Digital will deploy an integrated Human Resource Information System for Citizens Bank. The platform will streamline employee data management, attendance tracking, performance evaluation and automated payroll processing.
The initiative reflects Citizens Bank’s focus on digital transformation and efforts to improve operational efficiency.
