The body of Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha, will be brought from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to Dhaka University’s Central Mosque on Friday.
Inqilab Mancha shared the announcement on its verified Facebook page at around 2:30pm.
According to the platform, the plane carrying Hadi’s body is scheduled to land at the airport around 6pm.
Supporters have been asked to line the route from the airport to Shahbagh in an orderly manner to pay their respects.
In its statement, Inqilab Mancha described Hadi as a fearless defender of justice, freedom, and national sovereignty.
After the procession, his body will be taken to the Central Mosque of Dhaka University so that members of the public can pay homage to the martyred leader.
