A total of 4,136 candidates have been appointed to non-cadre positions from the 44th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS), according to a notification issued by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) on Thursday.
The PSC stated that the appointments were made in accordance with the Non-Cadre Appointment (Special) Rules, 2023, specifically Rule 6, which considers candidates’ merit and preferences.
The appointments will fill vacant positions in Grades 9 to 11 across various departments.
