More than 150 foreign companies will showcase yarn, fabrics, textile chemicals and garment accessories in Dhaka from 13 August, giving Bangladesh’s apparel industry access to new international suppliers as manufacturers seek inputs for export production.
The four-day Bangladesh Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories Show 2026, to be held alongside Bangladesh TEXCHEM, will take place at International Convention City Bashundhara, according to organiser ASK Trade & Exhibitions.
The event will bring together garment manufacturers and exporters, buying houses, fabric importers and yarn and fabric processors looking for new materials, suppliers and production inputs.
Products on display will include coloured and blended yarns for woven and knitted garments, fashion and functional fabrics, plush and suit fabrics, printed fabrics, home and toy fabrics, as well as embroidery, hot stamping, flocking, composite and film products and other garment accessories.
ASK Trade & Exhibitions Managing Director Tipu Sultan Bhuiyan said access to new suppliers and innovations is increasingly important as fabric sourcing evolves.
The show will also feature a pavilion from India’s Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (Chemexcil), focused on textile chemicals and related products.
Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association President Mohammad Hatem is scheduled to attend the opening ceremony as chief guest.
The show will be open to business visitors from 11am to 7pm from 13 to 16 August.
