Twenty-four customers of Walton refrigerators and air conditioners spent an evening with national cricket team pacer Taskin Ahmed and popular film actress Bidya Sinha Mim at a gala dinner under Walton’s ongoing Digital Campaign Season-24.
As part of the “Next Level Deal” offer, customers who purchase Walton refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines or BLDC fans during the campaign are eligible to become millionaires by winning Tk1 million in cash, reads a press release.
They also have the opportunity to enjoy a dinner with Taskin Ahmed and Bidya Sinha Mim.
Under Season-24 of the campaign, 24 customers who purchased Walton refrigerators and air conditioners received the exclusive dinner invitation.
Among them, two customers also won travel coupons for a trip to Thailand.
Walton organised the gala dinner in honour of the 24 customers at InterContinental Dhaka on Friday.
During the event, customers took part in a cricket session with Taskin Ahmed and enjoyed conversations with actress Bidya Sinha Mim.
Among others, Walton Hi-Tech Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed, Senior Additional Executive Director Robiul Islam Milton and other company officials attended the programme.
Speaking at the dinner, Zoheb said Walton’s goal is not only to do business but also to provide customers with additional benefits and memorable experiences.
He said such initiatives have further strengthened customers’ trust in the Walton brand, adding that the opportunity to dine with Taskin Ahmed and Bidya Sinha Mim would remain a cherished memory for the customers. He also said Walton would continue organising similar programmes for its customers in the future.
Walton’s Digital Campaign Season-24, which began nationwide on 8 April this year, will continue until 30 June, 2026.
During the campaign, six customers have already won the Tk1 million cash prize after purchasing Walton refrigerators and air conditioners.
They are Khokon Mia of Bhaluka, Mahmudul Hasan of Dhaka, Afroza Begum of Natore, Suprakash Chakma of Bandarban, Kuddus Hawlader of Bagerhat and Tahmina Akter of Narsingdi.
Besides the millionaire prize and the dinner with Taskin Ahmed and Bidya Sinha Mim, numerous customers have also received cash vouchers worth up to Tk100,000 and complimentary Argentina fan jerseys.
