Unilever Bangladesh won the ‘Best e-Commerce Platform (B2B)’ award at the Bangladesh Retail Awards 2026, recognising its push to digitise transactions across the country’s fragmented retail network.
The award highlights its digital commerce ecosystem that enables faster and more transparent transactions for business partners, the company said in a press release on Sunday.
It also received honourable mentions for most sustainable retail initiative, best loyalty campaign for retail, and best use of technology in retail.
The recognitions reflect the company’s strategy to combine technology, sustainability and data-driven engagement to modernise retail operations and strengthen partnerships across the value chain.
With more than six decades of operations in Bangladesh, the fast-moving consumer goods company serves millions of consumers through its brands and retail network nationwide.
More than nine out of 10 households use at least one of its brands, including Lux, Lifebuoy, Surf Excel, Closeup, Sunsilk, Ponds, Vaseline and Dove.
The company said it will continue investing in technology, customer engagement and sustainable practices to build a more resilient and inclusive retail ecosystem.
Unilever Bangladesh is a subsidiary of Unilever, which operates in more than 190 countries.
