Grameen Bank employees will have access to UCB’s exclusive Payroll Banking facilities and comprehensive Integrated Cash Management Solutions under a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two banks recently.
The services offer enhanced banking convenience and greater value through tailored financial services.
The MoU was signed by UCB CEO (Current Charge) Adnan Masud and Grameen Bank MD Sarder Akhter Hamed at the Head Office of Grameen Bank, in the presence of senior management officials from both institutions, said a press release on Tuesday.
UCB Deputy Managing Directors Md Abdullah Al Mamoon, Mohammad Shafiqur Rahman and Sufia Akter attended. Grameen Bank Deputy Managing Directors Syed Motiur Rahman and A K M Sazzad Hossain and Grameen Bank Deputy General Manager Md Rezaul Karim Chowdhury also attended, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
