Premier Bank PLC has mobilised a total of Tk5,390 crore in deposits over 112 working days under its “Deposit and Recovery Campaign 2026”.
The bank collected Tk3,003 crore over 60 working days from 1 April to 30 June, followed by Tk2,387 crore over 52 working days from 15 July to 28 September.
Premier Bank Chairman Arifur Rahman said, “Achieving this significant deposit milestone, despite overcoming the unfortunate banking situation of the past, has been possible because of the sincere efforts of our colleagues and the continued support of our valued customers. Our customers’ trust is our greatest strength.”
Premier Bank MD Md Monzur Mofiz said, “This significant deposit mobilisation is the result of our well-planned initiatives, effective execution, and strong teamwork. We remain committed to continuously enhancing the quality of our customer service every day.”
The bank said it will continue to expand its deposit base, said a press release on Wednesday.
