The bodies were later sent to the morgue of Dhaka Medical College (DMC) Hospital for post-mortem examinations.
In the first incident, the hanging body of Rima (18) was recovered from a house in Mugda at around 10:15pm on Friday.
Rima was the daughter of Abdul Rahim and wife of Md Uzzal. Their home village is in Shaharasti upazila of Chandpur.
Sub-Inspector Md Hamidul Islam of Mugda Police Station prepared the auto. He said police initially assume Rima died sometime between morning and evening on Friday, when she was alone at home.
In a separate incident on the same morning, Rampura Police Station recovered the hanging body of Hasan Bhuiyan, 43, from a stair room on the rooftop of a house at Jamtala in East Rampura.
