The Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2025, the country’s largest tourism event, will be held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFCC) in Dhaka’s Agargaon area from October 30 to November 1.
Organised by the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), the three-day event aims to promote both domestic and international tourism, officials announced at a press meet and memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony held at a city hotel on Monday.
“One of the key highlights of this year’s fair is a dedicated zone for medical tourism,” said TOAB President Md Rafeuzjaman, who presided over the event.
The fair has already confirmed participation from national tourism organisations of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, and Pakistan. Tour operators and travel agents from countries, including the Maldives, China, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, UAE, Turkey, Japan, and Singapore are also set to take part.
The BTTF 2025 will feature a wide range of exhibitors, including international and domestic airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, resorts, and cruise companies.
The event will host over 250 exhibitors from more than 20 countries, spread across 220 stalls in four pavilions. Organisers anticipate over 2,000 commercial representatives and more than 50,000 visitors during the fair.
TOAB expects the event to strengthen cross-border tourism collaboration and further boost Bangladesh’s position in the global tourism market.
