Popular actor Omar Sani, who has been involved in business for many years, has announced the opening of a new branch of his restaurant Chapwalar Shoshur Bari in Hemayetpur, Savar, on 18 September.
Omar Sani entered the restaurant business around eight or nine years ago with Merimontana. The restaurant in Uttara became a popular dining spot before eventually closing.
A few years ago, he launched Chapwalar Shoshur Bari Restaurant in Arangabad on the Manikganj-Singair Road. Alongside serving as an adviser to Goldsands Group, Omar spends considerable time managing the restaurant.
Despite his business commitments, he continues to accept acting offers when he finds stories that interest him. He recently joined the film Gulshaner Chameli, in which he will play an important role.
The new branch of Chapwalar Shoshur Bari will open in Hemayetpur on 18 September. Omar’s son Fardeen Ehsan, managing director of the restaurant, also confirmed the news.
Although Fardeen is currently abroad, he asked everyone to pray for the new branch and expressed hope that his father would be able to run it successfully. He also hoped that those invited by Omar would attend the opening ceremony.
Omar said he was deeply grateful to Allah for giving him the opportunity to open another branch.
“I am infinitely grateful to Allah for giving me the opportunity to open another branch of Chapwalar Shoshur Bari in Hemayetpur. If there is Allah’s blessing in a business and you remain honest, progress will surely come. I am working tirelessly day and night for this business. My staff are also working very hard. I pray for them and send them my love,” he said.
