Standard Islami Bank PLC held its Quarterly Business Review Meeting at its head office in Dhaka on 11 April, with selected branch heads joining to assess performance and align strategy for the year.
The meeting was chaired by Acting Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman, who reviewed the bank’s business performance for the first quarter and outlined strategic priorities to address domestic and global challenges.
He also provided guidance aimed at achieving the bank’s business targets for 2026, the bank said in a press release.
Senior executives attending the meeting included Head of Special Asset Management Division Sk Sirajul Kabir, Head of Branch Management and Operation Division Md Monsur Ahmed, and Head of Human Resources Division Mohammad Kaiser Alam Mozumder.
Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Salah Uddin FCS, Head of Treasury Shah Rahat Uddin Ahmed, and Head of Investment Risk Management Division Md Iqbal were also present, along with heads of selected branches.
The session focused on evaluating operational performance and strengthening coordination between the head office and branch network as the bank looks to navigate evolving economic conditions.
