Actor Shehnaaz Gill has shared her thoughts on love and relationships amid ongoing speculation linking her to actor Raghav Juyal, saying love does not always need a perfect ending and that people should focus on living in the present, states India Times.
The actress made the remarks while promoting her upcoming film Ishqnama, a cross-border love story.
Without addressing the dating rumours directly, Shehnaaz spoke about the emotional nature of love and the importance of embracing the present rather than worrying about the future.
“Love is incomplete, whether it is fulfilled or not.
It shouldn’t matter. I think we should live in the present,” she said, adding that people often become too focused on what lies ahead, which can sometimes lead to disappointment.
She encouraged everyone to live happily and remain loyal.
Her comments come just days after rumours surrounding her relationship with Raghav Juyal resurfaced following viral videos from the actor’s birthday celebration.
The speculation intensified after the two were seen leaving the venue together, with Raghav shielding Shehnaaz from the crowd.
Earlier this month, Shehnaaz dismissed questions about her personal life and instead described Raghav as “a very good friend”, urging fans to support his upcoming film Bhai Tera Star Hai.
She also declined to discuss her relationship status, requesting that interviews avoid personal questions.
Raghav has also denied the dating speculation, saying his actions at the birthday party reflected the values he was raised with and that he would have protected any woman in a similar situation.
Shehnaaz will next be seen in Ishqnama, which explores love across political and geographical boundaries and is set for a theatrical release.
