Rupali Bank PLC has emphasised strengthening CMSME loan disbursement, accelerating classified loan recovery, creating new entrepreneurs and financing them, and expanding its digital banking services at its Faridpur divisional business review meeting.
The meeting reviewed the division’s overall business progress and focused on making modern banking services, including Rupali Cash, the Rupali e-Banking app, Bangla QR and the Universal Pension Scheme, more accessible and popular among customers.
The meeting was held at the SDC Tower auditorium in Faridpur district town on Saturday, reviewing business progress as of 31 August, 2026.
It was organised by Rupali Bank PLC’s Faridpur Divisional Office, said a press release.
Rupali Bank Managing Director Kazi Md Wahidul Islam attended as chief guest. He called on officials to play a more active and effective role in accelerating business activities, increasing loan disbursement, speeding up classified loan recovery and expanding the reach of modern banking services.
Rupali Bank Head Office General Manager Md Moinuddin Masud attended as special guest. Rupali Bank Faridpur Division Divisional Head and General Manager Md Monirul Haque presided over the meeting.
Zonal Managers of three zonal offices under Faridpur Division, managers of 35 branches and in-charges of three sub-branches, along with concerned officials, were present.
