realme has launched the C100i smartphone in Bangladesh with a 7000mAh battery capable of delivering up to three days of usage on a single charge, as smartphone brands intensify competition in the budget and mid-range segments.

The new device is designed for users seeking long battery life and uninterrupted daily performance, the company said in a press release.

The smartphone supports more than eight hours of gaming, up to 21 hours of YouTube streaming and around 96 hours of music playback on a single full charge.

The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant has been priced at Tk15,999, while the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model will cost Tk17,999.

realme said the battery is engineered for long-term durability with more than 1,600 charge cycles and an estimated lifespan of up to six years. The device also supports reverse charging.

Despite the large battery, the C100i has an 8.38mm slim profile and weighs 208 grams, which the company claims makes it the thinnest smartphone in its segment with a 7000mAh battery.

The phone features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and supports up to 300 per cent ultra volume output through enhanced speakers.

The device comes with up to 12GB Dynamic RAM and runs on realme UI based on Android 16.

The company also included ArmorShell Protection and IP64-rated dust and water resistance to improve durability for everyday use.

The smartphone will be available in Dawn Purple and Dusk Grey colour options.

Industry insiders said battery performance and long-term durability are becoming key selling points in Bangladesh’s competitive smartphone market as consumers increasingly rely on mobile devices for entertainment, gaming and remote work.
