Pubali Bank PLC inaugurated its 280th sub-branch at Bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute, reaffirming its commitment to delivering modern banking services.
AKM Azizul Haque, chairman of the Board of Directors of Bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute, attended the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest, reads a press release.
Mohammad Ali, managing director and chief executive officer of Pubali Bank PLC, was present as the guest of honour.
Special guests included Md Mahbubul Haque, director of Bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute, and Md Azaharul Islam, deputy director (Hospital). The event was presided over by AKM Abdur Rakib, general manager and regional head (Dhaka North) of the bank.
Among others present were Nigar Sultana, deputy general manager and manager of Dhanmondi Branch; Md Hafizur Rahman Sardar, deputy general manager and manager of Sonargaon Janapath Branch; Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, assistant general manager and head of Public Relations Division; along with senior officials of the bank and the hospital, physicians, and invited guests.
Speaking at the event, Azizul said, “The inauguration of a sub-branch of Pubali Bank PLC at a sensitive and important institution like the Shishu Hospital is a commendable initiative.
Such integrated efforts will play a significant role in making healthcare more humane and accessible. I hope this sub-branch will contribute to improving the overall quality of services at the hospital and strengthen public trust.”
