Pubali Bank PLC has donated Tk 40 lakh to Dhaka National Medical Institute Hospital as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The cheque for the donation was handed over by Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank, to Professor Brigadier General (retd) Dr Iffat Ara, director of Dhaka National Medical Institute Hospital.

The event was also attended by Md Shahnewaz Khan, deputy managing director of Pubali Bank, Dr Rezaul Haque Rony, deputy director of the hospital, along with senior officials from both organisations.

In his remarks, Mohammad Ali emphasized that Pubali Bank’s mission goes beyond generating profit, highlighting the institution’s commitment to social responsibility.

He explained that this financial contribution is aimed at supporting the hospital’s services and enhancing its medical facilities.
