Prime Bank PLC will provide payroll banking services to employees of Agni Systems PLC under an agreement aimed at streamlining salary management and expanding corporate employee banking solutions, the bank said in a press release.
Under the arrangement, Agni Systems employees will receive salary accounts with competitive rates, dual currency debit cards with fee waivers, lifestyle benefits, customised loan and credit card facilities and other consumer banking services on preferential terms.
Prime Bank will also provide access to PrimePay, its omni digital corporate platform, enabling automated salary disbursement and round-the-clock corporate payment solutions for Agni Systems.
The agreement was signed at Prime Bank corporate office in Dhaka by Prime Bank Additional Managing Director M Nazeem A Choudhury and Agni Systems Managing Director Md Mohammed Abdus Salam.
Prime Bank said the payroll banking solution will enhance corporate financial efficiency and expand digital employee banking services through integrated platforms.
Agni Systems said the partnership will improve employee access to structured banking services and simplify salary and financial transactions.
Prime Bank SEVP and Head of Distribution Network Mamur Ahmed, SVP Commercial Banking Division Mehedi Zaman Khan and VP and Head of Payroll Banking Hasina Fardous attended the signing alongside Agni Systems Director Zia Shamsi, Chief Financial Officer Md Shaiful Islam, Head of Human Resources Dulan K Ukil and Company Secretary Al Helal Md Moudud Ahammed.
