The Premier Bank PLC has moved its Baridhara Branch to Shefa Tower in Baridhara, Dhaka, as part of its efforts to expand banking services for customers.
The new branch premises were inaugurated on Sunday, with Premier Bank Chairman Arifur Rahman, Independent Director M Nurul Alam, Independent Director Md Sazzad Hossain and Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz attending the event.
Arifur Rahman said the relocation was part of the bank’s ongoing transformation aimed at improving customer services.
He said the bank’s head office has been relocated to Shanta Pinnacle, the country’s first 40-storey building, and highlighted the role of digital banking services. He said expatriate Bangladeshis can send money to Bangladesh quickly and securely through the bank’s pMoney app without visiting any branch.
M Nurul Alam said the relocated Baridhara Branch would strengthen the bank’s ability to provide improved services, while Md Sazzad Hossain said the new premises would offer customers a more comfortable and efficient banking experience.
Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz said customer trust and long-standing relationships remain the bank’s most valuable asset. He said the new branch location would help expand and improve services while meeting customers’ changing needs.
