Pathao Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dun & Bradstreet to expand its Business Rides service for corporate clients, aiming to streamline employee transport and cost tracking for organisations.
The agreement seeks to integrate Pathao’s technology-driven ride platform with Dun & Bradstreet’s corporate network to provide businesses with managed and transparent commuting solutions, the companies said.
Under the Business Rides service, employees can request rides through the regular Pathao user application while organisations subsidise part or all of the fare as a corporate allowance.
The system allows employers to monitor employee trips through pick-up and drop-off tracking and ensures insurance coverage for employees in case of accidents during rides.
The agreement was signed at the Pathao headquarters by Pathao Limited Vice President of Marketing Abrar Hasnain and Dun & Bradstreet Chief Business Officer Scion M Anjir Hossain.
“With Business Rides, companies finally have a one-stop solution that helps them manage travel efficiently and safely,” said Pathao Limited Vice President of Marketing Abrar Hasnain.

He said the partnership integrates the company’s corporate network with Pathao’s technology-based ride solutions to simplify transportation management for businesses.
The companies said the collaboration is expected to support businesses in managing employee travel while maintaining cost transparency and safety in daily commuting.
