Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited has announced a 12-hour suspension of gas supply in several areas starting from 10pm on Wednesday to 10am on Thursday.
According to a notice issued by the company, the temporary suspension is required for modification work at the Haripur Valve Station.
During this period, gas supply to all categories of consumers will remain suspended at EGCB 412 MW, EGCB 335 MW, EGCB 2×120 MW, and across the entire western part of Narayanganj on the west bank of the Shitalakhhya River.
The outage will also affect Panchabati, Muktarpur, Munshiganj, and Shyampur (BSCIC area), along with nearby regions.
Titas Gas has expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to its customers during this maintenance work.
