STAR Cineplex has said it has not yet received the movie content files, also referred to as Digital Cinema Packages, for “Rockstar” and “Masud Rana”.
The delay has blocked the release of show schedules and ticket sales for both films.
In an update posted on its official Facebook page, the cinema chain said it cannot publish screening times or open ticket bookings at this stage due to the missing content delivery.
It added that audiences will have to wait for further announcements through its official platforms.
The statement also thanked viewers for their patience and understanding.
