The National Citizen Party (NCP) has constituted a “Reform Implementation Committee” to accelerate reform activities aimed at building a new Bangladesh following the events of July.
The committee was formed under the direction of the party’s convener Md Nahid Islam and Member Secretary Akter Hossen, according to a message signed by Sadia Farzana Dina, a member of the party’s office cell.
Akter Hossen has been appointed as the committee chief, while Sarowar Tushar will serve as the deputy chief.
The other members of the committee include Monira Sharmin, Sultan Zakaria, Javed Rasin, Ehtesham Huq, Saleh Uddin Sifat, Alauddin Mohammad, Faridul Haque, Johirul Islam Musa, Arman Hossain, Ishtiaque Akib, and Muna Hafsa.
According to the announcement, the newly formed committee will work to coordinate and monitor the implementation process of the reforms declared by the party.
