National Citizen Party Convener Nahid Islam has reported an annual income of Tk16 lakh, earned from his work as a consultant.
According to the affidavit submitted with his nomination papers for the Dhaka-11 constituency, Nahid Islam owns movable assets worth Tk 30 lakh. The declaration shows that his assets include Tk 19.50 lakh in cash.
The affidavit also states that his wife, Fatimatuz Johora, has movable assets worth Tk 15 lakh.
It further shows that neither Nahid Islam nor his wife owns any immovable property.
The affidavit also mentions that neither Nahid Islam nor his wife has ever been accused in any criminal case.
