Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will hold its fourth Annual General Meeting on 9 March at Dhaka Club LTD in Dhaka, the club confirmed in an official notice issued on Wednesday. The meeting will bring together members to review governance, finances and leadership matters. The club aims to close key administrative business ahead of the next cycle.

The AGM will first move to confirm the minutes of the previous AGM and the Extraordinary General Meeting held in 2025. That step matters because it formally locks in decisions taken during a busy period for the club. Governance starts with paperwork done properly.

Members will then review and adopt the annual report alongside the audited financial statements and auditors’ report. These documents cover the financial year from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Transparency will sit at the heart of that discussion.

The agenda also includes appointing auditors and fixing their remuneration. That decision shapes how closely the club’s finances face scrutiny in the coming year. Strong oversight often separates stable clubs from chaotic ones.

Directors’ elections will round off the meeting. Leadership choices made here will influence Mohammedan SC’s direction on and off the field.
