Mitali Group of Industries will move its office to DSE Tower in Nikunja following its signing of a lease agreement with Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) on Monday.
DSE said in a press release the agreement was signed at its Nikunja office, confirming the relocation.
Mitali Group of Industries is a garment manufacturer focused on knit and fleece products.
The move places the company’s office inside DSE Tower, a commercial building owned by the exchange in Nikunja.
DSE Managing Director (MD) Nuzhat Anwar and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mohammad Asadur Rahman FCS attended the signing ceremony.
Mitali Group of Industries MD Ehsan Abdullah and COO Anwar Sadat were also present, along with senior officials from both sides.
Both sides said the relocation is expected to improve coordination and communication with capital market-linked entities operating from the same location.
