Bengal Commercial Bank PLC declared a dividend for 2025 based on its profits at its 52nd board meeting held on Thursday, 30 April, at the bank’s head office in Gulshan, Dhaka, the bank said in a press release.
The board also approved the financial statements for 2025 and took several investment decisions, maintaining continuity with the previous year’s dividend declaration.
Bengal Commercial Bank Chairman Md Jashim Uddin presided over the meeting.
Bengal Commercial Bank Vice Chairman Engr Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, along with other directors, attended the meeting.
Managing Director Tarik Morshed, Additional Managing Directors, a Deputy Managing Director and the Company Secretary were also present.
