Television host and actor Mini Mathur has emerged as the winner of the inaugural season of Alliance, the reality competition series hosted by actor Kunal Kemmu.
According to Hindustan Times, She defeated content creator Ruhee Dosani and actor Aly Goni in a closely contested finale, taking home the trophy after a series of demanding physical and strategic challenges.
The finale began with Aly Goni securing a direct place in the last round after earning the title of Ace of the Week.
The remaining contestants—Mini Mathur, Ruhee Dosani, Niti Taylor and Kushal Tandon—competed in head-to-head knockout challenges to claim the remaining finalist spots.
Mini defeated Kushal Tandon in the semi-final, while Ruhee Dosani overcame Niti Taylor, setting up a three-way finale between Mini, Ruhee and Aly.
The concluding episode also featured the return of eliminated contestants, leading to several tense confrontations.
Daisy Shah criticised Vanshaj Singh over his claim that she had made little contribution to the competition, while Seema Sajdeh objected to remarks suggesting that she and Sohail Khan had joined the show merely for a vacation.
Before the final challenge, the show also revisited the journeys of the three finalists through special montage videos.
The championship task tested both physical endurance and strategy.
Contestants had to collect balls from a container, construct a bridge, transport the balls to a platform and balance three of them simultaneously to unlock codes required to open the prize vault.
Mini outperformed her rivals by collecting three vault codes, while Aly managed two.
Her consistent performance throughout the challenge secured her the title of Alliance’s first-ever winner.
Following the victory, Kushal Tandon congratulated Mini, calling her the “first lady of Alliance.”
Speaking after lifting the trophy, Mini reflected on her six-week journey, describing it as a transformative experience.
“This is my first reality show. Before this, I had never considered doing a captive reality show. I agreed because I love sports and competition, and I’m glad some of my friends encouraged me to take part,” she said.
Mini admitted that she initially doubted she would survive beyond the first week but wanted to challenge herself and step outside her comfort zone.
“I walked in here, and I fell in love—with every contestant. They helped me throughout this journey. This is much more than I ever hoped for, and I think I did it with dignity and grace,” she said.
The television personality also expressed hope that her victory would encourage more women to pursue their ambitions without hesitation.
“I hope all women get inspired a bit after watching me because I think now the sky is the limit, and I will push myself way more,” she added.
Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, Alliance brought together celebrities from different backgrounds in a competition that combined physical tasks, strategy and interpersonal dynamics.
With Mini Mathur becoming its inaugural champion, the first season concluded on a high note, celebrating resilience, teamwork and determination.
