Tollywood actress Madhumita Sarkar is set to share the screen with Arjun Chakrabarty in a new Hoichoi web series.
A significant portion of the series has already been shot, with reports suggesting that it centres on a family-focused story. The production house and the two actors have yet to officially announce the project, including details about its story and characters.
Madhumita was previously rumoured to reunite with Yash Dasgupta after a photograph of the two surfaced online. However, reports now indicate that Arjun will be her new co-star.
The series will mark the first time Madhumita and Arjun appear together. The new pairing has already sparked interest ahead of the official announcement.
Madhumita is also set to make her debut in Bangladeshi cinema with ‘Gulshaner Chameli’. Meanwhile, her Bengali film ‘Autobi’, directed by Soumava Banerjee, has also been released in India.
