Islamic Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCMAL) held its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at the Islamic Bank Tower. The meeting was chaired by Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, Chairman of the IBCMAL Board of Directors.
The event saw the participation of key company figures, including SM Abdul Hamid, FCA, Mohammad Altaf Hossain, and Managing Director & CEO Abu Saeed Mohammad Nahid, FCS. Acting Company Secretary Mohammad Saiful Islam also attended the meeting. Additionally, other directors and shareholders joined virtually.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the 2025 annual financial statements and discussed the company’s business achievements along with other critical issues. The discussion highlighted IBCMAL’s performance and outlined the way forward for future growth and development.
