Green Multimedia Limited’s Green TV is set to resume its broadcast soon, following the signing of a new satellite broadcasting agreement with Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL) on Thursday.
The agreement was signed at BSCL’s headquarters in Dhaka. Present at the signing were BSCL Managing Director and CEO Dr Imadur Rahman and Green TV Managing Director Kawsar Ahmed Opu.
According to BSCL, Green TV’s satellite broadcast was suspended due to unpaid dues earlier.
However, following the settlement of the outstanding payments, the channel is now poised to resume its broadcast under the new agreement.
