Gas supply to all categories of consumers in Jinzirah, Doleshwar, Pangaon and parts of Keraniganj will remain suspended for eight hours on Tuesday as Titas Gas undertakes maintenance work at the Pangaon valve station.
According to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd, workers will replace a leaking outlet valve at the station, requiring the gas supply to remain suspended from 11am to 7pm.
The state-owned gas distribution company said areas adjacent to the affected locations may also experience low gas pressure during the maintenance period.
Titas Gas authorities expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to consumers due to the maintenance work.
