Information and Broadcasting Secretary Mahbuba Farzana has stressed the importance of strictly following government regulations in matters of promotion, post creation, and recruitment.
She made the call on Tuesday while addressing officials attending a day-long training on “DPC, SSB, post creation, and outsourcing recruitment” at the Press Information Department conference room in the Secretariat. The session was organised by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Mahbuba Farzana said every step of promotion, post creation, and recruitment must comply with the latest government directives, as any deviation can lead to administrative disorder and disrupt official activities.
Describing these processes as continuous, she emphasised that officials involved must perform their duties with transparency and accountability.
The secretary also urged the participants to apply the knowledge gained from the training in their respective workplaces.
Officials from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and its affiliated departments and organisations took part in the training.
