A fire incident occurred at a filling station in Dhaka’s Mohakhali area on Sunday evening, accompanied by several explosions. Three fire service units are currently working to control the blaze.
Eyewitnesses reported that the fire started while fuel was being unloaded from an oil tanker. Initially, pump staff attempted to extinguish the flames, but the fire spread rapidly.
Substantial damage is feared, though immediate information about casualties remains unavailable.
Fire service personnel later brought the fire under control.
