Gulshan Model Police Station police arrested Sajjatuz Jumma, former chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank, from a restaurant in Gulshan-2 at around 4:30 pm on Friday.
Abu Zayed Md Nazmun Nur, officer-in-charge of Gulshan Model Police Station, confirmed the matter. He said there was a court arrest warrant against Jumma, and he was arrested on the basis of that warrant.
