The campaign for the upcoming national election began on Sunday.
The Chief Adviser’s Office announced the information in a message in the morning.
In the first teaser, Captain (Retd) Khan Subayel Bin Rafiq, coordinator of the probe body into the BDR massacre and victim of enforced disappearance, called on everyone to participate in what he described as the most significant election in history.
“In February 2026, we will all head to the polls in a festive atmosphere. Through this election, the people will reclaim ownership of the country,” he said.
