According to Zulkarnain’s post, Quantum’s manual outlined plans to hold free one‑day training sessions in nearly 20,000 secondary and higher secondary institutions across the country to improve students’ mental health. As part of a pilot programme, 128 institutions had already participated.

The manual stated that school heads would coordinate with registered Quantum trainers to arrange activities for students, and each institution would form a monitoring pool to oversee daily implementation.

The ministry clarified that no activities outside the manual’s instructions will be permitted, and the training will be repeated annually for new students, with parents possibly involved if needed.
