The capital is gearing up for a weekend of movement, mindfulness, and music as UCB Presents The Flow Fest Dhaka 2025 kicks off this Thursday, November 6, at Shahabuddin Park. The three-day festival brings together more than 100 activities, 150 conscious brands, and a community eager to reconnect through wellness, creativity, and compassion.
The opening day, themed “Let the Flow Begin,” starts with sunrise yoga and a vibrant Flow Opening Ceremony, followed by energy-boosting sessions in Zumba, Barre Fitness, and mobility workshops. Visitors can explore the Wellness Market, unwind in the Meditation Garden, or get creative in the Art + Soul Zone. The day concludes with live music and the 9 Uni Battle of Bands at the Amphitheatre.
Friday’s “Strength, Soul, and Sound” theme blends fitness and fun, from charity walkathons and MMA demos to storytelling and “Shareapy” sessions that emphasize emotional connection. Performances by Zohad, open mics, and comedy acts round out the day.
The finale on Saturday, “Flow Together, Heal Together,” includes the Flow Marathon, fitness challenges, art therapy, and a closing performance by Cassette.
Festival founder Shazia Omar told TIMES, “Dhaka Flow began as a response to the city’s fast pace and stress. We wanted to create space for people to breathe, reconnect, and reimagine healthy living. Now, The Flow Fest is evolving into a global movement for holistic wellbeing.”
After Dhaka, The Flow Fest will head to Dubai on January 31–February 1, 2026, following a youth football camp in December.
